To help us help you quickly, tell us:
- The email address you sign in with, and your workspace name.
- Whether you're on the iPhone app or the web app.
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
Common questions
- Signing in: Roz uses your email, a passkey, Google, or Apple to sign in. If a magic link doesn't arrive, check spam and confirm the address matches your invite.
- Switching businesses: if you work across more than one business, tap your account and choose the workspace you want.
- Trials & billing: start a 14-day free trial — no card required. Manage your plan from the web app.
